The following is the latest list of RV and RV-related recalls compiled by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Per strict NHTSA protocols, manufacturers will next notify its dealer partners of the recall notice. Each notice will include details of the affected vehicles as well as the appropriate remedy.
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling 2,271 2024-2026 Wildwood and Salem travel trailers. The fireplace outlet may have the incorrect wiring. Dealers will replace the wiring and outlet, free of charge. Owner notification letter are expected to be mailed July 8, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-503-831-5410.
Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling 1,111 2025-2026 Reflection fifth wheel recreational trailers, equipped with certain Curt Touring Coil Suspensions. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened. Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 29, 2026. Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling 74 2026 Entegra Qwest and Jayco Melbourne Prestige recreational vehicles. The taillight warning light may incorrectly illuminate on the instrument panel display when the taillights are functioning correctly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, “Controls and Displays.” Dealers will replace the taillight harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 6, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco’s number for this recall is 9903656.
