The following is the latest list of RV and RV-related recalls compiled by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Per strict NHTSA protocols, manufacturers will next notify its dealer partners of the recall notice. Each notice will include details of the affected vehicles as well as the appropriate remedy.
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling 422,613 2021-2023 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, and 2022-2023 F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, and F-600 SD vehicles. The windshield wiper arms may break, causing the wipers to fail. Dealers will inspect and replace the wiper arms, as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed April 13, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling 172 2026 Montana fifth wheel recreational trailers. The underbelly may be improperly secured, causing it to detach. Dealers will install C-channels and I-beams to secure the underbelly, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 28, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone’s number for this recall is 26-482. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning May 28, 2026.
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling 173 2026 Westbrook and Avenger travel trailers. The Federal Placard label may list an incorrect dry weight. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, “Tire Selection and Rims.” Dealers will replace the label, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 16, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-260-499-2100. Forest River’s number for this recall is 452-2045.
