The following is the latest list of RV recalls compiled by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Per strict NHTSA protocols, manufacturers will next notify its dealer partners of the recall notice. Each notice will include details of the affected vehicles as well as the appropriate remedy.
- Forest River Inc. is recalling 284 2022-2023 Coachmen Freelander, Leprechaun, and 2023 Coachmen Prism motorhomes. The auxiliary LPG quick disconnect may be improperly tightened, causing a gas leak. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 26, 2022.
- Winnebago Industries, Inc. is recalling 1,622 2022-2023 Winnebago View, Era, and Itasca Navion motorhomes. The retractable awning may extend unintentionally during transit. Owners notification letters are expected to be mailed November 11, 2022.
- • Winnebago Industries, Inc. is recalling 6,540 2019-2023 Winnebago Travato motorhomes. The retractable awning may extend unintentionally during transit. Owners notification letters are expected to be mailed November 11, 2022.
