The following is the latest list of RV and RV-related recalls compiled by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Per strict NHTSA protocols, manufacturers will next notify its dealer partners of the recall notice. Each notice will include details of the affected vehicles as well as the appropriate remedy.

Winnebago Towable (Winnebago) is recalling 100 2026 Access travel trailers. The Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) may not be listed on the certification label. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, “Certification.” Dealers or owners will replace the label, free of charge. Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling 150 2026 Solitude and Lineage equipped with a ThermaHeat Tank Pad. The water tank heating pad may experience high resistance and fail. Remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 11, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling 683 2025-2026 Lineage motorhomes. The seat base on the driver and front passenger seat may have been improperly tightened, causing the base to become loose. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, “Seating Systems.” Dealers will inspect and tighten the seat base, as necessary, free of charge. Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling 456,287 2024-2026 Jeep Wagoneer S, 2025-2026 Ram 1500 Pickup, Ram 2500 Pickup, Ram 3500 Pickup, Ram 3500 Cab Chassis, Ram 4500 Cab Chassis, Ram 5500 Cab Chassis, and 2026 Jeep Cherokee vehicles. Due to an improperly designed trailer tow module, the trailer lights may fail to illuminate and the trailer brakes may fail. Dealers will replace the trailer tow module, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 24, 2026. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC’s number for this recall is 03D. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling 1,403 2023-2024 Transit vehicles. The engine crossmember may not be secured properly, which can cause the engine to shift and possibly result in a loss of drive power or brake failure. Dealers will replace the cross member fasteners, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed February 20, 2026. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling 98 2026 E-Transit vehicles. Bolts inside the high-voltage battery pack may be missing washers, which can cause high electrical resistance or electrical arcing. Dealers will inspect and repair the busbar fasteners and replace the busbar if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on February 9, 2026. Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC (Ember) is recalling 317 2026 E-Series and Overland Series travel trailers. The incorrect Unloaded Vehicle Weight and Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) information may be listed on the Federal Certification Label. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, “Certification.” Ember will mail corrected labels, free of charge.
